Building strength and healing in the Latinx community—together.

Who We Are

Crece Conmigo is committed to advancing equity for all children and families. We stand in solidarity with our community and partners as proactive leaders in dismantling systems and policies that harm children of color. We advocate for equitable, high-quality education, health access, and environmental justice—centered on anti-racist practices and positive cultural narratives. Our work ensures that every child is visible, valued, and celebrated.

Mission

Crece Conmigo exists to nurture the emotional well-being, resilience, and development of Latinx families in South King County by offering culturally rooted, trauma-informed, and community-led programs that uplift parents, caregivers, and children. We believe every family deserves access to healing spaces, compassionate support, and joyful connection.

Vision

A thriving Latinx community where every caregiver feels supported, every child is celebrated, and wellness is rooted in culture, connection, and collective care.

Our History

Crece Conmigo was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, born out of urgent calls from parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators who were navigating uncertainty, emotional strain, and gaps in support. What began with just a few passionate educators and community advocates has blossomed into a powerful network of over 50 trusted messengers, a Facebook community of 40,000+ followers, and programs that serve thousands of families across King County each year.
